Lead Developer - Python/React.js (5-8 yrs)

Location : Bangalore / Hyderabad / Bhubaneswar.

Experience : 5-8 Years.

Role Description :

This is a contract on-site role for a Lead Developer with expertise in Python and React at StaidLogic in Hyderabad.

The Lead Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining Python and React applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing technical guidance and leadership throughout the development lifecycle.

Technical Skills :

- Python (MUST HAVE).

- REACT (To Support and Enhance the API Web Portal) (MUST HAVE).

- Tailwind CSS and PostCSSSASS for frontend styling.

- Familiarity with Vite and other modern build tools Poetry, FastAPI and Pydantic. ((MUST have some similar background).

- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) such as IAM, EC2, EBS, ELB, RDS, S3, Route 53, Gateways, VPCs, CloudWatch, Lambda scripts ((MUST HAVE LAMBDA background).

- Knowledge of security best practices in web development and cloud infrastructure including Oauth2/OpenID and OKTA. (MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF API SECURITY).

- Experience with automated testing frameworks (e., CypressPytest, Jest).

- API Versioning Strategies- (MUST HAVE).

Qualifications :

- Proficiency in Python and React development.

- Experience in leading and managing development projects.

- Knowledge of Cloud and Digital Transformation technologies.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

- Experience with Agile methodologies.
