Consultant/Senior Consultant - ServiceNow Domain (5-11 yrs)

Job Description :

We are looking for a Consultant/Senior Consultant for our Advanced Capabilities practice owning the delivery of the assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Oversee the implementation of ServiceNow projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project goals.

- Collaborate with clients to define their needs and expectations, managing ongoing communications and adjustments throughout the project lifecycle.

- Conducted detailed requirement analysis and scope projects and synchronized team activities to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.

- Facilitate training sessions for clients and team members on the functionality and maintenance of new systems and solutions.

- Build capabilities and provide expert guidance for development related to service now scripting to the team.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ServiceNow features and capabilities, leveraging this knowledge to enhance service offerings.

- Conduct regular performance reviews for direct reports, set objectives, provide feedback, and foster a culture of growth and accountability.

- Track and ensure the required certifications and deployments are met to maintain the Elite Partnership status of INRY with ServiceNow. Part of it is identifying and assigning certifications to teams with expertise.

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT or related fields with ServiceNow domain

- Experienced in implementing at least three different products for enterprises in ServiceNow such as ITSM; HRSD; ITOM - Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping; ITAM; IRM; SPM, IRM,

- Experience with working on servicenow platform capabilities, large-scale Service Portals or Employee Centers, Automation or Integrations and good understanding on Service data model and platform architecture.

- Strong technical proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS & Web Technologies.
