- Working in close collaboration with the Sales Team.
- Acquiring in depth knowledge of company products & services.
- Handling the processing of all orders with accuracy while adhering to timelines.
- Responding to complaints from customers and giving after-sales support when requested.
- Keeping clients updated on unforeseen delays or problems.
- Building and maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients.
- Performing administrative tasks as and when needed.
- Preparing and presenting a sales report to management.
- Assisting in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
