• 2-7 years of experience in Employee Relations or related field.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels.
  
• Strong coordination skills for managing multiple tasks simultaneously during peak periods.
  
• Ability to handle sensitive situations professionally while maintaining confidentiality when necessary.
  
• Proven convincing power to negotiate agreements and resolve complex issues.
