Digital Marketing Lead

Key Responsibilities:

1. SEO Management:

• Plan, execute, and optimize On-page and Off-page SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and traffic.
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and content audits.
• Ensure website architecture and content are search-engine friendly.

2. Content Marketing & Blogging:

• Develop and implement a blog strategy focused on engaging parents and showcasing kids' fashion trends.
• Collaborate with writers and designers to create high-quality, keyword-rich content.

3. Social Media Strategy:

• Ideate and execute innovative social media campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest.
• Monitor trends in kids' fashion and translate them into creative social media concepts.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics to measure success and ROI.

4. Creative Campaign Development:

• Work closely with designers to produce visually appealing and impactful ads and creatives.
• Brainstorm and implement dynamic ideas to boost brand visibility and engagement.

5. Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketers, content creators, and social media executives.
• Set clear goals, track progress, and ensure team alignment with overall business objectives.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

6. Performance Analysis & Reporting:

• Monitor and analyze website traffic, rankings, and marketing KPIs.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

7. Collaboration with Stakeholders:

• Work with design, product, and sales teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Masters preferred).
• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, social media, and team management.
• Strong understanding of kids' fashion trends and audience preferences.
• Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or equivalent platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
