SSIS Developer

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

1) Strong design and data solutioning skills

2) SSIS hands-on experience with complex transformations and large dataset handling experience

3) Working experience must with SQL (databse) and ETL tools

4) ETL Skills

a. Must have working experience in SSIS

b. DevOps Tools

5) Database skills

a. SQL Server any one database experience

b. PL/SQL or T-SQL experience

c. Data modelling

Good-to-Have

1) Understanding and experience in Informatica / Pentaho DI is a double plus

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1 Developing Transformation and Data Warehouse solutions in SSIS

2 Design and develop SISS transformation bring data from variety of data sources to target Databases

3 Work with Product owners and Solution Architect to understand the requirements and deliver in SSIS

• Design, Estimation and Planning
• Executing the PoC/Project in Agile methodology

4 Design and deliver quality solutions independently

5 Leading a team of Data Engineers and deliver solutions as a team
