Administrative Specialist

S. S. White Technologies Inc./SHUKLA Medical is an internationally renowned manufacturer of aerospace products, automotive parts, and orthopedic surgical tools. With headquarters and the main plant located in St. Petersburg, FL, USA, and other modern plants in Wadhwan, Gujarat, and Milton Keynes, UK. We are currently seeking Administrative Specialists to join our team at our Ahmedabad Office in the Swati Trinity building on S.P. Ring Road.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Support our headquarters in Florida, USA, with back-office operations.
• Operate the EPICOR ERP system.
• Create purchase orders.
• Establish and maintain item master records.
• Maintain customer master data.
• Input and manage invoice entries.
• Update and manage all relevant information within the ERP system.
• Generate monthly reports as required.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Proficiency in English communication (both written and verbal) is essential.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Freshers are welcome to apply, and we are willing to train the right candidate.
