Job Description
1. Coordinate with marketing team for scope of supply
2. Attend Kick-off meeting internal and with customer
3. Contribute towards planning and development of project & billing schedule Preparation of
project bar chart (Design, Purchase, Manufacturing)
4. Budget preparation and approval from Reporting Head
5. Track project cost in order to meet budget
6. Prepare estimated and actual costing report
7. Coordinate with design team for P&I, GA, layout, fabrication, civil, structure drawings and PD
8. Coordinate with purchase team for raw material and bought out item availability
9. Coordinate with manufacturing team for equipment readiness
10. Coordinate with Quality control team for equipment inspection
11. Prepare Dispatch schedule and coordinate with stores
12. For export projects - Document clearance, port clearance, local transportation, and custom
13. Coordinate with commercial department regarding cashflow
14. Customer coordination for payment follow-up
15. Conduct weekly review meeting with all stakeholders, update project status & take
16. Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
17. Manage, train and develop a team
