Senior Firmware Developer - C/C++ Programming (5-10 yrs)

Experience : 5 - 8 years

Location : Bangalore

Roles and responsibilities :

You will design leading-edge embedded firmware solutions for the data services industry, influence next generation active cable design in QSFP and OSFP platforms using innovative PHY chips in coordination with signal integrity designers and hardware engineers.

You will be architecting, evaluating, and validating and/or designing real-time firmware.

You will also work closely with our Hyperscale customers and marketing teams to understand the customer's application needs and translate them into best-in-class winning solutions

Skills Required :

- Experience in C and C++.

- Experience in Developing firmware for ARM based MCU and its peripheral.

- Experience in any RTOS or Linux.

- Having sound knowledge of communication protocols like I2C, SPI, MDIO, UART etc.

- Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in cross functional team.

- Experience developing python scripts.

- Have a Bachelors in electronics or computer science.

- Experience with STM32 microcontroller

- Experience with optical pluggable modules like SFP or QSFP and CMIS.

- Experience with hardware development and signal integrity

- Have a Master's or a Doctorate in electronics or computer science

- Experience interfacing chips with API implementing chip API in microcontrollers

- Experience version controlling firmware using GitLab
