Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Onboarding:
  • Lead comprehensive onboarding processes for both full-time and part-time employees, ensuring all necessary documentation, IT setup, training, and benefits enrolment are meticulously handled.
  • Vendor Agreements and Onboarding:
  • Manage the entire contractor-to-contractor (C2C) vendor agreement process, including vendor selection, negotiation, contract creation, and communication, ensuring smooth integration into our processes.
  • Efficient Offboarding:
  • Oversee the employee offboarding process, conduct exit interviews, gather company assets, and facilitate organized transitions for departing employees.
  • Asset Management:
  • Coordinate asset allocation during employee onboarding and ensure seamless collection of assets, such as laptops, during offboarding while adhering to proper documentation and data security protocols.
  • Timesheet Management:
  • Process employee timesheets accurately on a semi-monthly basis, ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance with labour regulations.
  • Payroll Processing:
  • Provide active support in processing payroll for W2 employees on a semi-monthly basis, ensuring accurate and timely compensation distribution.
  • Vendor Invoice Collection and Approval:
  • Administer vendor relationships by collecting pending invoices, verifying their accuracy, and assisting with their approval for timely payment processing.
  • Employee Relations and Feedback:
  • Foster positive employee relationships by documenting feedback, addressing concerns with upper management and partnering to find productive solutions.
  • Database Maintenance and Tracking:
  • Maintain a centralized repository of reports, records, and trackers for all HR activities, ensuring availability and accurate documentation.
  • Process Audits and Improvements:
  • Conduct quarterly audits to identify process gaps, propose improvements, and contribute to optimizing HR operational efficiency.
