Responsible for interior construction planning of project activities including MEP services to plan man & materials assisting the project & construction manager for construction completion and handing over to the clients on government projects.

Preparation of Control Estimate and Budget including interiors & MEP

Preparation of Revised construction schedules and accordingly coordinating with the site to follow up.

Working out standard quantities of all interiors & furniture items.

Preparation of statement for claims and accordingly
Coordinating with the client to deal the issue as per large Contract.

Preparation of periodic progress reports ( DPR ) and monitoring.

Preparation of client billing and subcontract billing

Preparation of Reconciliation of material, reconciliation of PRW billing.
Handling the Planning Module and Execution Module in ERP both Sub-contractors work orders and Client Bills

To coordinate with representatives of customer/client for processing of payments and providing necessary clarification on method of measurements/ interpretation of contract specification
