Job Description

The Lead Developer/APM will provide second line product supportand guidance to fellow team members working with the System Revenue Managementsuite in the post implementation phase.

You will be responsible for the dailymanagement of tasks associated with services and support of System applicationSuite.

You will facilitate meetings fwhen appropriate and engage otherdepartments when additional services are required.

You willfparticipate intechnical support transition meetings, from Professional Services to Support,to have solid background and understanding of the client and their processes.

You must possessfstrong analytical and business skills and work well with teammembers.

Strongfwritten and spoken English is a must.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with fellowfteam members in the UnitedStates and India to providefexcellent product and customer support toEnterprise customers.

Ensuring effective front-end and back-endfunctionality of applications.

Consulting and Co-ordinating with the professionalservices, product development, and product

management teams who may be involved in specificissues reported by customers.

Learn the Product/s both technically andfunctionally, developfdomain knowledge.

Provide feedback to teams within System on rootcauses, issue patterns, andfrecommended changes to processes, tools, andconfigurations to improve the overallfcustomer experience with the product.

Replicate defects, enter in call tracking and/or bugtracking systems and follow-up to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Assist with product testing and validation.

Keeping a record of configuration changes andscheduling application updates.

Documenting processes and monitoring applicationperformance metrics.

Ability to grasp new concepts quickly along withexcellent problem-solving skills.

Ability to keep up with innovation in applicationdesign

Job Qualifications:

6-8 years Application Technical Support and/orProductfSupport experience, exposure to customer communication is plus.

A bachelors degree in software engineering,computer science, information technology, information systems, computerengineering, or equivalent work experience.

Ability to manage code migration, documentconfiguration changes, and monitor performance.

Experience providing Back/Front support to internaldepartments and web-based clients for enterprise software applications.

Expertise in object-orienteddesign / programming / support like Java - Core Java and J2EE, HTML, XML,JavaScript preferably for web-based Enterprise Software.

Expertise on Oracle, SQL, Stored Procedures and SQLPerformance Tuning.

Experience with application server deployment andconfiguration and Apache web server.

Expertise in enterprise software at the server andapplication level.

Knowledge and background in JBOSS administration andtroubleshooting, including clustering

Preferred Knowledge on CI/CD using Jenkins &Docker on AWS Cloud.

Preferred development background with thedevelopment platform (Linux, AWS Cloud, SQL/PL-SQL and Eclipse IDE).

Preferred background in design and implementation ofexternal services integrations (using REST, SOAP and/or ESB, Salesforce).
