BPO Executive

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide accurate information to customers regarding hospital services, appointment schedules, and patient inquiries.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive relationship.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery to customers.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call activities and outcomes.

Experience : 1 year or more in a call centre or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting
