Ward Secretary

• Provide administrative support to the ward, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including admission, transfer, and discharge details.
• Coordinate communication between medical staff, patients, and their families.
• Handle patient inquiries and concerns, escalating issues to appropriate personnel when necessary.
• Ensure that all ward documentation, including consent forms and medical charts, are properly completed and filed.
• Support nursing and medical staff by facilitating the delivery of patient care services.

Experience : 1 year or more in a healthcare or hospital setting, preferably in an administrative role.
