Executive - Production Planning Control ( PPC)

Communicating Monthly and Weekly forecast plan to Production Team, Daily monitoring of Sales orders, Coordinating with internal teams sharing Production & dispatch schedules to Marketing
team,

Daily Production planning based as per capacity and orders and issue of Job Orders, Monitoring & checking Plan vs Actual of Production & sales

Coordinate with Logistics /Dispatch teams for smoothly dispatches of material as per the
schedule

Maintain the all necessary reports of the Sales/ dispatches in ERP & MIS with
coordinating with concern departments, Sharing of dispatch plan to the Marketing team in advance with coordination of Production /Dispatch/ PPC team

Filing & recording the daily production, sales data & sales orders in System, Review and sharing of Pending Job & Sale orders on daily basis in meetings as per aging, Knowledge of ISO standards & Audits.

Excellent analytical skills

Ability to analyze data from multiple sources

Proficient in English , Hindi & Kannada
