About the Company :

Role Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Power Apps Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and support of applications built on the Microsoft Power Platform.

This role involves collaborating with various teams, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our Power Platform applications in both test and production environments.

You will play a key role in providing high-quality service and support to internal users, requiring a strong understanding of both the Power Platform and the business areas it supports.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain applications using the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, Power Pages, and other related technologies.

- Design and implement solutions using custom connectors, SQL, and SharePoint integration.

- Manage the application lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment (using ALM and Azure Pipelines), and ongoing maintenance.

- Provide L2 and L3 support, including troubleshooting issues with APIs and other integration methods.

- Manage change requests and ensure adherence to change management standards.

- Monitor applications using the Power Platform, conduct root cause analysis, and communicate with management.

- Collaborate with internal partners and teams across the globe.

- Utilize Service Now and JIRA for issue tracking and project management.

- Participate in Agile project management and sprint planning.

- Contribute to the development of technical solutions for internal partners.

- Ensure high-quality outcomes in all deliverables.

Requirements :

- Proven experience in developing and maintaining applications on the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, Power Pages).

- Hands-on experience with custom connectors, SQL, and SharePoint integration.

- Experience with Power Apps maintenance and support, including application deployment solutions (ALM, Azure Pipelines).

- Understanding of L2 & L3 support and change request management.

- Experience troubleshooting API and other integration issues.

- Familiarity with Service Now and JIRA.

- Ability to network and collaborate with multiple teams globally.

- Familiarity with Agile project management and sprint planning.

- Excellent communication, logical, and analytical thinking skills.

- Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Qualifications :

- Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with other Microsoft technologies (SharePoint, Dynamics 365).

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure).

- Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform
