Roles & Responsibilities:-
1. Enquiry/Lead Generation:- To generate enquiries and convert them in sales to achieve sales targets.
2. Field Visits:-Meeting with potential and existing customers and Providing them transportation solution with VE products
3. Liaison with Financers:- Support customers in vehicle financing and making good rapport with financers.
4. Feedback and Report :-Sharing enquiries with DSM, providing feedback of hot enquiries and day to day sales activities.
5. Achievement of Sales Target and Pipeline:- Achieving sales target provided by DSM and keep pipeline ready for new customers
6. Customer Support and Product Knowledge:- Providing detailed description of product to customer, do the needed analysis and suggest the best product in Order to increase customer satisfaction.
7. Promotional Activities and Cold Calling:- Execution of promotional activities in the area allocated (e.g. Loan Mela, Demo, Campaign, Customer meet etc.)
