Assistant Sales Manager - Real Estate

As an Assistant Sales Manager - Real Estate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales Manager by leading the sales team, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring achievement of sales objectives. You'll collaborate with various stakeholders to drive property sales and provide exceptional customer service. Candidate should be only from Real Estate Developer Field, not from dealer background.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies for real estate properties.
• Manage and lead a team of sales agents to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain and build client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the real estate sector.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to the Sales Manager and upper management.
• Support marketing efforts through the collaboration on promotional campaigns and materials.
• Coordinate client meetings, property viewings, and negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading sales teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Having experience with Brand Licensing is mandatory and a big Plus. (E.g Mac’d, Domino’s etc.)
