Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Develop strategies to outperform competition and enhance the companys reputation.
• Understand and address customer needs through effective planning and communication.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with various departments, including Sales, Home Loan, and Registration.
• Promote high-quality communication and process standards across teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and financial institutions (Lenders, Bankers).
• Foster confidence in partnerships with bankers and lenders.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, able to build rapport with customers and stakeholders.
• Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle customer issues effectively.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Experience working with multiple departments (Sales, Home Loan, Registration).
• Customer-focused: Ability to understand customer needs and expectations.
• Industry experience: Knowledge or experience in working with financial institutions and customer relationship management.
