Job Description
- Design, configure, and maintain the organization s network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls , and wireless access points. Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure high availability and reliability.
- Implement and maintain security protocols and practices to protect the network from threats and vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with the IT security team to ensure network security compliance with industry standards.
- Provide support for Microsoft Office 365 applications and services, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Assist end-users in troubleshooting and resolving Office 365-related issues, such as email setup and access problems.
- Promote efficient communication and collaboration within the organization by optimizing the use of Microsoft Office 365 tools.
- Train employees on Office 365 applications to maximize productivity and collaboration.
- Identify opportunities to enhance network performance and efficiency, and implement improvements as needed.
- Keep up-to-date with emerging network technologies and best practices.
- Maintain network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and procedures. Generate regular reports on network performance and incidents for audit purposes.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers for network-related issues and solutions.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to understand their network requirements and provide solutions
- Bachelor s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant industry certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft 365 certifications are a plus.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications and services.
- Knowledge of network security principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and end-users.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge on Virtualization .
