Digital Marketer

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Digital Marketer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase website traffic and conversions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns:
• Plan and execute strategies across all major digital channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing (SMM), email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences and develop effective campaign messaging.
• Track campaign performance, analyze key metrics (e.g., website traffic, conversion rates, ROI), and identify areas for improvement.
• Optimize campaigns based on data analysis and industry best practices.
• Manage social media presence:
• Develop and implement social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Create engaging and high-quality content (text, images, and videos) for social media platforms.
• Monitor social media conversations, respond to inquiries and comments, and manage online reputation.
• Run social media advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive engagement.
• SEO/SEM:
• Conduct keyword research and on-page/off-page SEO optimization.
• Manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns on Google Ads and other platforms.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize bids and keywords.
• Content Marketing:
• Develop and execute content marketing strategies, including blog posts, articles, white papers, infographics, and videos.
• Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce high-quality content.
• Distribute content across relevant channels and track content performance.
• Email Marketing:
• Build and maintain email marketing lists.
• Design and send engaging email campaigns for lead nurturing, customer acquisition, and retention.
• Track email campaign performance and optimize campaigns based on data analysis.
• Website Analytics:
• Analyze website traffic data using tools like Google Analytics.
• Identify user behavior patterns, website bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Generate reports on website performance and provide insights to the team.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, SMM, email marketing, and content marketing principles.
• Experience with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
• Proficiency in social media marketing platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for digital marketing and a strong desire to learn and grow.
