Job Description :

Roles and Responsibilities :

Designing menu s that coordinated with the dietitian based on preferences of patients

Ensuring healthy and nutritional balance in meal offerings

Ordering food supplies and ingredients while maintaining inventory levels

Monitoring stock rotation and minimizing waste.

Overseeing food preparation to ensure meals are prepared safely, hygienically and according to specified recipes.

Conducting quality control checks to maintain food standards

Developing and managing budgets for food costs and other operational expenses.

Implementing cost saving measures without compromising on food quality

Supervising cooks, service boys, cleaners in the kitchen and Service Area

Scheduling shifts and ensuring adequate staffing levels for proper workflow

Adhering to health and safety regulations and ensuring the canteen meets and sanitation standards

Addressing staffs concerns and feedback regarding food quality and service

Timely purchasing all necessary kitchen Goods with the permission of Management

Conducting regular meetings and implementing corrective actions as needed
