Senior Engineer- Process

Role & responsibilities

1. To achieve budgeted day's production target

2. Handling shift to achieve day's Production

3. Planning the jobs and allocation of JE/Tech manpower & contract labour in the shift.

4. Planning of RM & Consumables for the day.

5. Trouble shooting & execution of suggestions for process problems

6. Coordinating with the Engineering functions in case of downtime/break down for restoring the production facility

7. Operation of the plant within Safety standards and procedures.

8. To Identify and eliminate the Unsafe Acts/ conditions in shift activities.

9. Ensure work permit system is executed in the plant.

10. To ensure that SOPs are strictly followed.

11. Any abnormality in shifts, safe operating procedures/emergency handling procedures are to be followed

12. Timely reporting and logging of daily activities for ERP

Preferred candidate profile

BE/BTech 3-6 years Exp in Chemical industry
