Senior Consultant - Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O

- We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and Dynamics 365 F&O.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance processes, including German bank and tax regulations, and a deep understanding of multiple financial modules.

- This role requires a combination of business analysis, functional consulting, and client communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and Dynamics 365 F&O implementations.

- Conduct business analysis and functional consulting for finance processes.

- Ensure compliance with German banking and tax regulations.

- Work on at least 5 financial modules, including Chart of Accounts, AP, AR, FA, GL, Cash & Bank, Tax, Budgeting, and Cost Accounting.

- Analyze complex client scenarios and apply advanced problem-solving techniques.

- Provide high-level consulting expertise, focusing on best industry practices.

- Coordinate with internal teams and ensure smooth implementation of financial solutions.

- Capture requirements for internal/external integrations, documentation, and business process mapping.

- Effectively communicate with stakeholders through calls, emails, and meetings.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- Bachelor's degree (4 years) or MBA (foreign equivalent preferred).

- 6+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 or Dynamics 365 F&O (at least 2 implementations).

- 7 to 8 years of experience in business analysis/functional consulting in finance.

- Strong expertise in finance modules, including AP, AR, FA, GL, Tax, Budgeting, and Cost Accounting.

- Ability to understand and apply advanced analytical methods to resolve client issues.

- Strong communication, business acumen, and customer-oriented mindset.

- Excellent planning and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Microsoft Dynamics FO/AX certifications.

- Experience in proposal building.

- At least 4 years of experience in capturing integration requirements and documentation.

- Ability to work in a consulting environment, with potential travel requirements
