SquareOps - Technical Lead - Python/React.js (5-7 yrs)

Job Description :

We are looking for an efficient Technical Lead to be a part of our Product Team. As a good tech lead, will be responsible for the smooth functioning of all technical operations.

Besides, you will be identifying the project requirements and developing a design structure. You will be coordinating with the Project Manager in reviewing timelines and deliverables and overall responsible for building the product from Scratch.

Responsibilities :

This is a highly accountable role and the candidate must meet the following professional expectations :

- Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.

- Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

- Team handling(experienced employees) and managing of the entire project

- Providing solutions to a team from the technical front

- Take ownership of problems and their solutions, delivering business value end-to-end across our technology stack

- Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.

- Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.

Requirements :

- 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer working with different Technology stacks and building products on a larger scale.

- Excellent knowledge of programming languages like Python, React, and Databases along with experience in the cloud domain for deployment of such applications.

- Python is Mandatory.

- Excellent experience working with Databases like Mysql, and MongoDb and designing Database structures for efficiency and scalability.

- Hands-on leader, and problem solver with a passion for excellence.

- Strong experience in scaling, performance tuning, and optimization at both API and storage layers.

- Good with Designing application Architecture, features, and Design principles.

- Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.

- A proven ability to take projects from ideas and experiments through to robust solutions.
