Business Development Representative Lead

Job Description
As a BDR Lead, you will manage a team of Business Development Representatives focused on the US, European, and UK markets. You will be responsible for strategic planning, executing outbound strategies, and meeting both individual and team quotas.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage a team of Business Development Representatives.
- Set team quotas and ensure they are met or exceeded.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations for team members.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
Individual Contribution:
- Meet or exceed individual sales quotas.
- Identify and engage with potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth in Europe and the US.
- Manage the sales pipeline and forecast revenue accurately.
Strategic Planning:
- Understand and develop outbound strategies tailored to the US, European, and UK markets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive activities.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive account penetration playbook.
- Design and execute successful outreach campaigns through cold calling, emailing, and other outreach methods.
- Develop personalized outreach strategies to engage potential clients and drive sales opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in B2B sales or business development within the event technology industry.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of the European market, US, and UK markets.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce, Salesloft, and Seamless tools to manage and track leads, opportunities, and campaigns.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
