.Net Core Architect - Backend Technologies (12-15 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled .Net Core Architect to join our team in Bengaluru. This role demands a seasoned professional with a robust technical background, a strong grasp of supply chain domain expertise, and proven experience working with emerging technologies like GENAI (e.g., MS Co-Pilot). As a .Net Core Architect, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor developers, and design scalable and efficient solutions that align with business goals.

Experience Level : 12 - 15 Years

Education : Any Engineering Graduate or Post Graduate Degree

Key Responsibilities :

Collaboration & Leadership :

- Collaborate with product teams, stakeholders, and developers to ensure the technical solutions align with business objectives.

- Provide mentorship to development teams and foster a culture of technical excellence.

Business Knowledge :

- Leverage supply chain domain expertise to deliver solutions that address the unique challenges and nuances of the industry.

- Actively engage with business stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business goals.

- Demonstrate experience working on supply chain projects with a focus on delivering successful outcomes.

Technical Expertise :

- Architect robust, scalable, and maintainable systems using .NET Core and related frameworks.

- Design and implement services using Clean Architecture principles, including comprehensive unit testing.

- Leverage Azure Services such as Service Bus, Durable Functions, APIM, and Data Factory pipelines.-

- Optimize performance in Azure Cosmos DB (NoSQL) with expertise in partitioning, RU utilization, and query optimization.

- Implement Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) and microservices for distributed systems.

DevOps (Good to Have) :

- Collaborate to establish CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for efficient and reliable deployments.

- Promote Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using Bicep for environment provisioning.

Key Requirements :

- 12+ years of experience in software architecture and development.

- Proficiency in .NET Core, Clean Architecture, and building unit-tested services.

- Extensive experience with Azure services like Service Bus, Durable Azure Functions, APIM, and Data Factory.

- Strong understanding of Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) and microservices.

- Expertise in Azure Cosmos DB (NoSQL), including advanced partitioning and query optimization techniques.

- Proven track record of delivering successful projects in the supply chain domain with strong business alignment.

- Hands-on experience with GENAI technologies like MS Co-Pilot and related tools.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with DevOps practices, including setting up CI/CD pipelines and implementing IaC with Bicep.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
