Job Description :

We are looking for Java Tech Architect who is passionate for cutting-edge technologies and a track record of designing and implementing scalable and high-performance systems platforms (B2C/B2B). A highly skilled and experienced Java Tech Architect to join our team. As a Java Tech Architect, you will play a crucial role in shaping our technology landscape, designing scalable and innovative solutions, and leading the implementation of complex projects. You should have expertise in Java, microservices, reactive architecture, NoSQL databases, cloud platforms, and Kafka.

Sal : 40-70 LPA

Experience : 12+ Years

Location : Bangalore (Remote)

Responsibilities :

1. Architecture Design : Lead the design and development of robust and scalable software architectures, with a focus on microservices and reactive principles.

2. Technology Stack : Choose and implement appropriate technologies and frameworks, including Java and related tools, to meet project requirements.

3. Microservices : Design and implement microservices-based solutions, ensuring they are modular, loosely coupled, and independently deployable.

4. Reactive Architecture : Apply reactive principles to build highly responsive, fault-tolerant, and scalable systems.

5. NoSQL Databases : Evaluate, select, and implement NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) where appropriate for data storage and retrieval.

6. Cloud Integration : Architect solutions for deployment on any cloud platform (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and leverage cloud services as needed.

7. Kafka : Implement event-driven architectures using Kafka for real-time data streaming and processing.

8. Performance Optimization : Ensure the performance, security, and reliability of applications by implementing best practices and conducting thorough code reviews.

9. Scalability : Design systems that can easily scale horizontally to accommodate increasing workloads and user demands.

10. Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers, to ensure alignment with business goals.

11. Documentation : Create and maintain architectural documentation, diagrams, and guidelines for the development team.

12. Mentorship : Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, helping them grow their technical skills and expertise.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

2. Proven experience as a Tech Architect in Java-based projects, with years of experience.

3. Expertise in Java programming language and related frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Hibernate).

4. Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, reactive programming, and event-driven systems.

5. Experience with NoSQL databases and their use cases in modern applications.

6. Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

7. Hands-on experience with Kafka for event-driven architecture.

8. Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

9. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

10. Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile/Scrum environment.
