Backend Engineer - Node.js/Python/TypeScript (4-10 yrs)

Job Description :

- US Based startups specialized in Cloud Security products.

- 3 Yrs old organisation

- They provide multi cloud security to their customers

- Provided cloud security both for B2B and B2C mainly into IAM domain

Role : Backend Engineer (Full time)

Exp. : 4-10 Yrs

Domain : Security (Not Mandatory)

Location : Anywhere in India (Remote)

- Its a 100% IC role

- Tech stack - Need to work on Typescript

- Strong fundamentals using either Go lang/ Python/ Nodejs, should be willing to work on TypeScript.

- Any Cloud Platforms exp. preferably in AWS

- Hands on exp. using Kubernetes/Microservices/Server less architecture

- Any NOSQL database

- Work closely with Product Managers and customer facing teams to translate epics/stories into technical requirements.

- Create high and low level design of the SW components.

- Write scalable, testable, efficient and maintainable code to implement the design.

- Create and execute unit and integration tests.

- Conduct design and code reviews.

- Investigate customer reported problems and identify root causes.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, software engineering, or equivalent.

- Experience with TypeScript Go language programming and other backend technologies such as NodeJS/ExpressJS, - preferably in Security/enterprise/SaaS products.

- Exposure to one or more cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), containers and kubernetes.

- Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, Rest APIs, databases such as

- PostgreSQL/mongodb, distributed systems, data engineering technologies, etc.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and keen attention to detail.

- Knowledge of the modern SDLC practices, Agile methodologies, tools such as Jira, and software - configuration tools such as GitHub.

- Capable of balancing multiple priorities and remaining flexible in a changing environment.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
