Senior DevOps Engineer - Kubernetes (5-10 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to manage large-scale production environments and lead our DevOps initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Kubernetes, container orchestration, and cloud platforms, along with a proven ability to manage and mentor team members while working in high-pressure environments.

Role : Senior DevOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and optimize large-scale production environments to ensure smooth operations.

- Architect and maintain Kubernetes clusters, ensuring efficient container orchestration.

- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar platforms.

- Use Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to manage cloud resources efficiently.

- Lead DevOps projects for clients, handling multiple projects and high-pressure situations.

- Mentor and provide leadership to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment engineers.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of experience in DevOps roles.

- Extensive hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.

- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure); experience with multiple cloud platforms is a plus.

- Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.

- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and with a team.

- Proven ability to handle multiple clients and deliver under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Leadership experience and the ability to mentor team members.

- Experience managing multi-cloud environments.
