Java Principal Engineer - Spring Boot/Hibernate (8-15 yrs)

We are looking for a talented and experienced Java Principal Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering and architecture, with deep expertise in Java development.

As a Principal Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of complex software systems, working closely with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Design and develop complex software systems using Advance Java Programming and related technologies

- Lead technical design sessions and provide technical guidance to other engineers

- Collaborate with product owners, , and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and solutions

- Develop, Architect and Maintain high-quality, reusable, and scalable code

- Part of architecture best practices in software engineering

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in software engineering and architecture.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field

- 8+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture

- Expert-level proficiency in Java (8/11) and related technologies (e.g. SpringBoot, Spring MVC, Hibernate, JPA, etc.)

- Experience designing and developing large-scale, distributed systems using microservice architecture

- Experience with cloud technologies (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

- Experience in Any Messaging ques like Kafka or any other & strong in NoSQL Database

- Experience with agile development methodologies and practices

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
