Job Description
- Functional setup authority in Oracle EBS, and Chemical and Column Tracking application
- Responsible for requirement gathering, planning, analysis, functional design, unit testing, and user acceptance testing, production setup/rollout of different Oracle EBS projects, customizations, and enhancements.
- Provides Oracle EBS production support
- Provides production support for Chemical and Column Tracking application
- Responsible for new requirement discussion/gathering from business users.
- Performs analysis, testing, code review and provide post-production support activities for Oracle EBS and Chemical and Column Tracking applications
- Collaborates with different departments to obtain necessary resources and provide expert technical solutions to support long-term technology strategy.
- Coordinates work efforts with the DBA team for application changes and system performance issues.
- Pursue innovative ways to improve the process of delivering solutions to business users of Oracle EBS, and Chemical and Column Tracking.
- Proactively work through Oracle EBS service requests with Oracle support as needed.
- Facilitates problem solving and collaboration.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Nurtures and enforces best practices for support activities within ERP team in US India.
