Key skills for the job
In this role, you will:
- Work with our global customers to identify their target audiences' training needs, acquire an understanding of customer applications and processes, derive actionable insights, and use cases to improve digital adoption
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and bring process efficiency to our customers
- Consult, ideate, and propose optimal digital adoption solutions to our customers using the relevant product ecosystem. Create Content to suit the customer's use cases
- Help develop standards and guidelines to ensure consistency in deliverables across projects
Required Expertise:
- Ability to build relationships with multinational stakeholders, and understand the purpose and requirements of various customer business/enterprise applications, processes, and user personas.
- 2 - 7 years of experience in any of the following domains - Content Creation/Instructional Design/Technical Writing/Customer Success/Account Management/Marketing/Software Development/ Business Analysis
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment
- Ability to travel to Client locations as required
Preferred Skills:
- Awareness of diverse cultures and practices across geographies
- Worked in any of the following industries - IT/ITES /Healthcare/BFSI/ Manufacturing/FMCG/ Oil and Gas among others
- Knowledge of applications like ERP, CRM, CLM, etc. such as Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, iCertis, etc would be an added advantage
- Knowledge of Javascript, CSS, HTML will be an advantage
Work Life:
- 5 days work week
- Timings - US time zones as the clients are typically from the North American region, 5PM - 2AM IST
