Job Description
- Job Description :
- Oversee the management of IT assets, including procurement, tracking, and disposal.
- Maintain accurate records of asset inventory using the Ivanti Asset Management tool.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and vendors regarding asset status, issues, and updates.
- Create and manage asset-related documentation, including purchase orders, asset records, and maintenance schedules.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions to generate detailed reports, analyze asset data, and support decision-making processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IT assets, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Coordinate asset recovery and disposal processes in compliance with company policies and environmental regulations.
- Provide exceptional support to end-users regarding asset-related inquiries and issues.
- Requirements :
- Proven experience in IT asset management, including tracking and reporting.
- Proficiency with Ivanti Asset Management tool or similar asset management software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong mailing skills with attention to detail in correspondence and documentation.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, v-lookups, and complex formulas.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in a similar IT support role is preferred.
- Education & Experience :
- Academic Qualification : Graduate
- Experience Required : 2 to 4 Years (Strong Experience of Asset Management & MIS Reports)
- Skills Required : Ivanti Asset Management
- Communication Required : English, Hindi & Marathi
- Salary Offered : upto 1.8 Lacs /Annum
- Joining : Immediate
