Spruce InfoTech, Inc.is looking for an experienced Snowflake Data Engineer with a strong background in Snowflake and Python to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on challenging data engineering projects for a multinational client.

Key Responsibilities :

Snowflake Expertise :

- Design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines and solutions using Snowflake.

- Implement best practices for data modeling, query performance optimization, and data security within Snowflake.

Python Development :

- Leverage Python to create automation scripts, data transformation processes, and integration workflows.

Data Integration :

- Work with diverse data sources to integrate and manage structured and semi-structured data into Snowflake.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.

Data Quality & Governance :

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through robust testing and validation procedures.

- Implement data governance frameworks and maintain documentation for all data engineering processes.

Optimization :

- Continuously improve data pipelines and query performance to support efficient analytics and reporting.

Skills & Qualifications :

Snowflake: Hands-on experience with Snowflake Data Warehouse, including data loading, transformation, and optimization.

Python: Proficient in Python for scripting, data manipulation, and automation.

SQL Expertise: Advanced knowledge of SQL for querying and performance tuning.

ETL/ELT: Experience with ETL/ELT processes and tools for data ingestion and transformation.

Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) for Snowflake integration.

Collaboration: Strong communication skills to work effectively with data analysts, business teams, and stakeholders.

Agile Methodologies: Exposure to Agile development practices and tools like JIRA.
