Office Assistant & Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial reports.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions.
• Prepare and file tax returns and other financial documents.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
• Use accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) for bookkeeping and data entry.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and handling travel arrangements.
• Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation.
• Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
• Coordinate with different departments and external stake holders for smooth Business operations.

Requirements & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-5 years in a similar role (Accounting & Administration).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
• Soft Skills: Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Other Requirements: High attention to detail, ability to work independently, and problem-solving mindset.
