Architect: Key responsibilities

Location: GOA

Conceptualization and Design: Develop innovative architectural designs and concepts for Sattva Group projects including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Utilize creativity and technical expertise to produce designs that align with the client's vision, budget, and timeline.

Site Analysis and Planning: Conduct thorough site analysis to assess environmental factors, topography, zoning regulations, and other constraints. Develop site plans that optimize space utilization, maximize natural resources, and enhance overall sustainability.

Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with clients, developers, engineers, interior designers, and contractors to ensure seamless coordination throughout the design and construction phases. Collaborate effectively to integrate various design elements and ensure that project goals are met.

Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with local building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements. Ensure that architectural designs comply with all relevant regulations and obtain necessary permits and approvals from authorities.

Design Development: Produce detailed architectural drawings, renderings, and specifications using CAD software and other design tools. Provide clear and accurate documentation to communicate design intent to contractors and other project stakeholders.

Budget Management: Assist in developing project budgets and timelines. Monitor project costs and expenditures to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints while maintaining design quality and client satisfaction.

Quality Control and Assurance: Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure that construction activities adhere to the approved architectural plans and specifications. Address any design issues or discrepancies in a timely and effective manner.

Client Relations: Cultivate strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, addressing their concerns, and delivering exceptional architectural solutions. Provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle to ensure client satisfaction.

Sustainability and Innovation: Incorporate sustainable and energy-efficient design practices & stay updated on architectural trends, materials, and technologies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors or masters degree in architecture.
• 2-6 years of experience in architectural design and execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Good understanding of building codes, construction standards, and materials.
• Excellent design, visualization, and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management abilities.
