- Build and maintain frameworks and libraries for internal and external consumption.

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and frontend engineers, to deliver exceptional user experiences.

- Optimize existing systems for performance, scalability, and maintainability.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in backend development.

- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the overall growth of the engineering team.

Qualifications :

- 5+ years of professional software development experience.

- Strong experience in backend development within a cloud-native environment (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).

- Proven experience in building and maintaining reusable frameworks and libraries.

- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.

- 2+ years of experience in software design and architecture, with the ability to make sound technical

decisions and trade-offs.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Passion for building high-quality software and a strong desire to learn and grow.
