Sales and Operations Executive

Job PurposeThe Sports Operations Executive is responsible for managing the daily operations of the sportsorganization, ensuring smooth coordination of coaching, facilities, and academy logistics. Thisrole supports the strategic and operational goals of the team or organization, overseeingactivities related to academies management, sales, logistics, and staff coordination.Key Skills and Competencies Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in sports operations (preferable not mandatory) Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Knowledge of football industry standards, regulations, and best practices. Tech-savvy; Basic computer skills, online communication tools, email proficiencyQualifications Bachelor s degree (Sports Management, Business Administration, or any other relatedfield preferable not mandatory) Passion for the game and having a growth mindset Strong understanding of football operations and salesAdditional Requirements Ability to travel frequently to different centers and events. Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and unexpected operational demands.Reports To Head of Operations
