Urgent Opening For HR Executive - Recruitment (BPO)

Role & responsibilities

• To source, interview, and select qualified candidates for our company
• Proactively build pipelines while identifying potential candidates through web sourcing, networking, leveraging group research, candidate referrals, and other creative ways to fill the candidate pipeline
• Locate and engage passive candidates through the use of sourcing platforms and alternative search techniques
• Work with hiring managers to consult on hiring plans to meet staffing needs.
• Proactively build pipelines while identifying potential candidates through web sourcing, networking, leveraging group research, candidate referrals and other creative ways to fill the candidate pipeline.
• Consistently maintain and track pipeline activity to share with Stakeholders.
• End to end recruitment.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1 to 2years of related work experience with in-house recruiting/sourcing.
• Working knowledge of Social media recruiting and should be updated with current market trends.
• Ability to source tech talents, with prior experience to hire talents for teams.
• Experience in Volume hiring is a plus.
