Junior Architect

Responsibilities

• Create detailed plans for the construction project and present drawings
• Performing preliminary research for projects
• Compile needed blueprints, specifications, and construction reports.
• Providing input on project proposals and architectural designs
• Assisting to coordinate details for projects and present materials to clients
• Communicating with contractors about the status of a project
• Creating proposals and documents relating to designs or construction
• Work closely with construction managers and workers
• Communicating with clients to gather requirements and update project status

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in Architecture
• Proficiency with Auto cad, Google Sketch up, 3D rendering, Adobe Creative
• Suite and Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive and detail-oriented
• Desire to grow within a team environment
• Well-organized with the ability to manage time and meet timelines
• Creative and collaborative with a passion for designing and detailing
• Analytical thinker and problem solver
• Highly motivated with the ability to work independently
