The Role :

As a Full-Stack Senior Developer, you will work closely with the Engineering Director and Product Managers to lead the creation of our core platform. You will help improve engineering effectiveness and processes by scaling the platform across various industries. Overseeing a small team of engineers, you will contribute to building a strong engineering culture that promotes fast product innovation. You'll play a key role in guiding and designing technical architecture, while also managing sprints and releases for the team.

Key Responsibilities :

- Full-Stack Development : Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of both front-end and back-end components of the core platform, ensuring seamless integration with AI/ML technologies and cloud-based infrastructure.

- Metrics and Optimization : Define key performance metrics, establish processes for tracking, and continuously optimize the platform's performance.

- Engineering Processes : Implement and refine processes, using effective tools and methodologies to enhance development efficiency, improve scalability, and manage data.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Product Management and Engineering teams to align platform capabilities with both business and technical requirements.

- Platform Development Lifecycle : Oversee the entire lifecycle of platform development, from conception through deployment and ongoing maintenance.

- Technical Leadership : Mentor and guide engineers through technical challenges, conducting code reviews to ensure high-quality delivery.

- Architectural Considerations : Ensure the platform architecture addresses key non-functional requirements such as high availability, scalability, maintainability, and extensibility.

- Technical Expertise : Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer with expertise in both back-end and front-end technologies, building large-scale distributed systems (Min 6+ years of experience).

- Languages & Tools : Proficiency in Java, Python, databases, and UI technologies like React (or similar frameworks) is essential.

- Architectural Design : Strong expertise in technical architecture, system design, and software development, with experience mentoring and leading engineers across levels.

- Bonus Skills : Familiarity with Data Engineering, Platform Development, Data Pipelines, Streaming Data, Data Lakes, and DevOps is a plus. Passion for AI and innovation is highly desirable.
