Flutter Developer

We are seeking an experienced Flutter Engineer for a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru. As a Flutter Engineer at Splenta Systems, you will be responsible for developing high-quality mobile applications using the Flutter framework. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy mobile apps that meet business requirements. Additionally, you will maintain and optimize existing mobile apps, ensuring their performance and scalability.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have expert-level knowledge of the Flutter framework and experience in developing high-quality mobile applications using Flutter for both iOS and Android platforms. Proficiency in the Dart programming language is required, along with experience in other languages such as Java or Kotlin. A strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and communication protocols is essential. Experience with Git and other version control systems is also required.
Candidates should have a solid grasp of UX/UI design principles and the ability to implement designs into functional applications. A Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred. The role requires excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Familiarity with Agile methodologies is essential. A minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in mobile application development using Flutter is mandatory.
