About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Analytics Manager to lead, build, and mentor our analytics team,
driving high-quality, impactful insights that fuel our business and product initiatives. As the
Analytics Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that data-driven decisions are
accurate, timely, and aligned with our strategic goals. This role requires a combination of strong
leadership, technical acumen, and an in-depth understanding of the business to guide the team
toward achieving measurable outcomes that advance our products and support business
growth.
Responsibilities:
● Team Leadership & Development:
○ Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing analytics team, fostering a
collaborative and results-oriented culture.
○ Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and
identify growth opportunities for team members.
○ Establish training and development plans to ensure team members continue to
enhance their skills and expertise.
● Data Quality & Analytics Excellence:
○ Set and uphold high standards for data accuracy, quality, and accessibility to
drive reliable insights.
○ Implement best practices in data governance and analytics methodologies to
ensure consistency and integrity of insights.
○ Oversee the development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and
analytical models to support business objectives.
● Project Management & Impact:
○ Prioritize and manage analytics projects, balancing the needs of different
stakeholders while ensuring timely and effective delivery.
○ Ensure that analytics deliverables directly support product and business
initiatives with clear, measurable impact.
○ Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering,
marketing, and finance, to identify data requirements, translate them into
actionable insights, and drive execution.
● Strategic Insights & Decision Support:
○ Partner with senior leadership to understand key business questions and develop
analytics strategies to answer them.
○ Provide regular updates to stakeholders, summarizing analytics findings, trends,
and their implications for business and product strategies.
○ Proactively identify new opportunities for data-driven improvements across the
organization.
Qualifications:
● Bachelors or Masters degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science,
Business, or a related field.
● 7+ years of experience in analytics or data science, with at least 2 years in a leadership
or managerial role.
● Proven track record of building and managing a high-performing analytics team, with a
focus on driving impact through data.
● Strong technical skills in analytics and data tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power
BI) and experience with data warehousing solutions.
● Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex insights to
non-technical stakeholders.
● Solid business acumen, with a demonstrated ability to understand the strategic needs of
product and business teams.
● Highly organized, with a knack for prioritizing and managing multiple projects under tight
timelines.
