Key Responsibilities:

• Smart Contract Development: Write, deploy, and optimize Solana smart contracts using Rust for secure and high-performance transactions.
• Blockchain Integration: Collaborate on integrating Solana smart contracts with DeFi protocols like token swaps, liquidity pools, and flash loans.
• Transaction Optimization: Implement strategies for transaction prioritization, slippage management, and multi-wallet configurations.
• Performance Tuning: Optimize smart contract execution and manage RPC/Validator scaling for real-time, low-latency transactions.
• Security: Ensure blockchain security best practices are followed throughout the development process.

Required Skills and Experience:

Technical Expertise

• Proficiency in Rust programming.
• Extensive experience in Solana blockchain development.
• Strong understanding of blockchain concepts like smart contracts, DeFi protocols, and decentralized applications (DApps).
• Blockchain and DeFi Knowledge:
• Hands-on experience with DeFi protocols (e.g., token swaps, liquidity pools).
• Familiarity with flash loans and arbitrage strategies.
• Security and Performance Optimization:
• Expertise in blockchain security best practices.
• Experience scaling RPC endpoints and optimizing transaction performance.
• Experience with Solana Validator optimization.

Good to Have:

Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as React or Vue.js.

Experience with cross-chain protocols and MEV protection strategies.

Knowledge of running Solana validator nodes or managing RPC infrastructure.

Understanding of Hardware Security Modules (HSM) for secure key management.

Experience Level:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in Solana and Rust development.
