Job Description

  • Sales Strategy Development:
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth for our solutions.
    • Identify new market opportunities and target potential clients.
    • Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
    • Understand customer needs and provide tailored ERP based solutions.
    • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Sales Process Management:
    • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of software solutions.
    • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals successfully.
  • Sales Reporting:
    • Track sales performance and provide regular reports on progress towards targets.
    • Analyze sales data to make informed business decisions and optimize the sales process.
  • Market and Product Knowledge:
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and product developments.
    • Develop deep knowledge of our software solutions and their benefits.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA or MCA is a plus).
Experience:
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in managing complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals.
Skills:
  • Strong understanding of software solutions and technology.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of specific software solutions such as ERP, SaaS, cloud-based platforms, or custom enterprise applications.
Good to have:
  • Worked on finance or tax related projects (GST, VAT, TDS, etc.) in SAP or Oracle ERP.
Experience Level:
  • 3 to 6 years experience in software solution sales or IT sales.
Employment Type:
  • Full Time, Permanent, Work from Office (NCR Location); 5 days a week
