Responsibilities:-.
Develop and implement a robust social media strategy that aligns with the companys overall marketing objectives and business goals.Enhance brand awareness and reputation by creating and curating compelling content that resonates with our target audience. Establish the brand as a thought leader in personal finance across social media platforms. Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging, and informative content, including graphics, videos, blogs, infographics, and more.
Ensure that all content is consistent with the brand voice and messaging. Manage and grow the companys presence on social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Foster and manage online communities by engaging with followers, responding to comments, and facilitating discussions around personal finance topics. Monitor social media performance using analytics tools.
Track key metrics, analyse trends, and provide regular reports to senior management. Proactively manage potential social media crises, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to any negative feedback or issues that arise. Lead and mentor a team of social media professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Keep up with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.
