Project Engineer / Sr. Project Engineer - CAE (Hypermesh, Optistruct, HyperWorks, SimLab, ANSA)

Responsibilities:

CAE Analysis: Conduct a wide range of CAE analyses, including linear and nonlinear static analysis, dynamic analysis, fatigue analysis, and optimization.
Model Creation: Develop accurate and detailed finite element models using CAE tools.
Simulation Setup: Define appropriate analysis methodologies, boundary conditions, and material properties.
Result Interpretation: Interpret simulation results and provide insights to engineering teams.
Optimization: Optimize designs to improve performance, reduce weight, and minimize costs.
Collaboration: Collaborate with design engineers, manufacturing engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability.
Documentation: Prepare clear and concise technical reports and presentations.
Industry Standards: Stay updated with industry standards and best practices in CAE.
Experience Range - 6 to 10 Years
BE/ BTech. / ME / MTech in Mechanical / Automobile / Aerospace Engineering or Equivalent
Experience in Gearboxes, Housings, automotive components, Engine etc
Sound experience in various types of FEA: Linear, Non-linear, Dynamic (Modal / Harmonic / PSD), Thermal (Steady state / Transient)
Good skillsets in FEA tools (Hypermesh, Optistruct, HyperWorks, SimLab and ANSA).
