Speech Therapist ( Paediatric )

Position: Paediatric Speech Therapist

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to identify speech and language difficulties, feeding and swallowing difficulties in children.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs.

Provide therapy sessions in a supportive and engaging manner

Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure holistic support for each child.

Maintain accurate records and documentation of progress and adapt strategies as necessary.

Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in paediatric speech therapy.

Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Valid licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (RCI license)

Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children in clinical settings

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
