Service Engineer - Air Compressors

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience working with air compressors, specifically screw and centrifugal models from leading brands such as IR, ELGI, ATLAS COPCO, IHI, SULLAIR, etc. The role involves pan-India travel for final servicing at client sites. The candidate should also be proficient in reading and writing detailed service reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, servicing, and maintenance of air compressors (Screw / Centrifugal) at customer sites across India.
• Troubleshoot and repair compressors from various brands (IR, ELGI, ATLAS COPCO, IHI, SULLAIR, etc.).
• Conduct final inspections and testing of equipment after servicing.
• Read and write detailed service reports, ensuring all technical issues and solutions are accurately documented.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering timely and efficient service.
• Maintain service tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Provide training and guidance to junior engineers when required.
• Adhere to all safety and quality standards while performing on-site service.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in servicing air compressors (Screw / Centrifugal) from brands such as IR, ELGI, ATLAS COPCO, IHI, SULLAIR, etc.
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics).
• Proficient in computer applications for service reporting and documentation.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel pan-India for on-site servicing.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
